I can't choose just one because I use them for different reasons. Here goes:

Yes, the fake Macaroni and Cheese. I can't help it. I love it.

Preferably, I'll eat the cake mix unbaked. Not sure why that's a comfort food - it makes me decidedly uncomfortable later.

Of any and all kinds. Huh. Looks pretty carb/sugar heavy doesn't it? I guess carbs are my comfort food!
